Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Wrvnek (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Wrvnek iOS application. Wrvnek is a personal leathercraft bench companion. We designed the product so core workshop records stay under your control on your iPhone.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the Wrvnek mobile app available on the App Store and to this website (wrvnek.pages.dev), including Privacy and Support pages.

2. Information you provide in the app

Depending on how you use Wrvnek, you may enter or create:

• Project and piece details (titles, stages, stitch specs, notes, photos, optional voice notes)
• Hide lot records, material estimates, tools, patterns, process steps, and cost notes
• Wear grades, care logs, edge-cure timing, and finished-size archives
• Circle scraps you publish, save, mute, or report inside the app
• Display name / bench handle and reminder preferences
• Wallet coin balance and purchase results returned by Apple after an In-App Purchase

This information is used to operate the features you choose—tracking work, exports, reminders, and optional Circle tools. Wrvnek does not require an account sign-in to use the main bench flow.

3. Permissions (optional)

Wrvnek may ask for device permissions only when a feature needs them:

• Camera — photograph hides, stitch close-ups, or finished pieces
• Photo Library — import reference images
• Photo Library Add — save exports such as HD Bench Cards or Gauge Shots when you request them
• Microphone — record optional Work voice notes
• Notifications — optional cure / wear / care reminders if you turn them on

You can deny or later revoke these permissions in iOS Settings. Features that need a denied permission will simply stay unavailable.

4. Purchases

Optional consumable Wrvnek Coins are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment processing, receipts, and related billing identity are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. We receive purchase confirmation needed to credit coins in the app; we do not receive your full payment card details.

5. Analytics, advertising, and tracking

Wrvnek is not built around third-party advertising networks. We do not sell your personal information. If Apple shows an App Tracking Transparency prompt, you may decline; the app remains usable either way.

6. How we use information

We use information solely to:

• Provide and improve Wrvnek features you use
• Credit wallet coins after valid purchases
• Respond to support requests you send us
• Comply with law when required

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Limited sharing may occur only when:

• Apple processes In-App Purchases and related App Store services
• You choose to share an export (for example via the iOS share sheet or Photos)
• Required by law, regulation, or valid legal process

8. Data retention & deletion

Workshop content you create remains available in the app until you edit or remove it, or use Clear All Data in Me (which reseeds sample content as designed while keeping coin balance and purchased slot expands). Uninstalling Wrvnek removes the app and its associated content from that device according to iOS behavior.

9. Children’s privacy

Wrvnek is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10. International users

Wrvnek is offered through the App Store. If you use the app outside your home country, your information may be processed in regions where Apple or your device operates under applicable safeguards.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Wrvnek after an update means you accept the revised policy.
